About TradieMatch

TradieMatch is a vetted apprentice and tradesperson hiring platform built for small-to-mid Australian contractors. We help employers find people who have the right practical skills, availability, and reliability for the job.

Our mission is to close the gap between noisy job boards and expensive recruitment or labour-hire models. Contractors receive a focused, screened shortlist, candidates see employers who are genuinely hiring, and the successful person is employed directly by the contractor.

We are launching narrowly—one trade and one regional market at a time—so the matching process can remain high-touch, transparent, and useful before it scales.
